1. Check delivery availability for your address
Read our delivery help page and enter your full destination details at checkout. If a delivery option is not available or you are unsure about a location, contact us before ordering. Include your country and postcode or ZIP code so we can check the right destination.
UK dispatch does not mean that the parcel is stocked locally in the USA or Canada. Allow for an international journey when deciding whether an order will suit your plans.
2. Confirm costs and timing before payment
Check the delivery charge and final order total before completing payment. If you need an item for a particular occasion, ask about dispatch and delivery expectations first. Dispatch time and transit time are different: one covers preparation before the parcel leaves, and the other covers its journey.
